World Of Beats

 

 The assignment was to create a rhythm where you could vary the direction, quality, type and position of the lines. In this piece I used lines with a variety of sizes in many different directions. Because I am usually lost in music. I decided to make this art about me and how I feel the beats of music flow through my whole body as I listen to it, and how the whole world gets mixed into a bunch of complex beats and sounds. I created a person, though he does not look like me, I think he’s giving the same feeling. I covered him in repetitive beats (notice the repeating black and white shapes) to show that the music is flowing through his body. I added repetitive lines around him to show you that he his lost in a world of his own full of beats.
